{"id":20467,"date":"2023-05-04T11:15:16","date_gmt":"2023-05-04T09:15:16","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.dudelange.lu\/?page_id=20467"},"modified":"2024-12-24T09:20:49","modified_gmt":"2024-12-24T08:20:49","slug":"allocations","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.dudelange.lu\/index.php\/demarches-administratives\/allocations\/","title":{"rendered":"Allocations"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>ALLOCATION DE VIE CH\u00c8RE ET ALLOCATION COMPENSATOIRE POUR TAXES COMMUNALES\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Il est port\u00e9 \u00e0 la connaissance des int\u00e9ress\u00e9\u00b7es que le minist\u00e8re de la Famille, de l\u2019Int\u00e9gration et \u00e0 la Grande R\u00e9gion (Fonds National de Solidarit\u00e9) ainsi que la Ville de Dudelange accordent une allocation de vie ch\u00e8re et une allocation compensatoire pour taxes communales. Tout\u00b7e demandeur\u00b7se ayant d\u00e9j\u00e0 re\u00e7u un formulaire pr\u00e9-rempli de l\u2019allocation de vie ch\u00e8re de la part du Fonds National de Solidarit\u00e9 est pri\u00e9\u00b7e de le compl\u00e9ter, le signer et le renvoyer au Fonds National de Solidarit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Les personnes n\u2019ayant pas re\u00e7u le formulaire pr\u00e9cit\u00e9 et souhaitant aussi b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier de ces allocations sont pri\u00e9es de suivre la proc\u00e9dure suivante :<\/p>\n<p>1) Demandez le formulaire \u00ab Demande en obtention d\u2019une allocation de vie ch\u00e8re \u00bb \u00e0 l\u2019<strong>Office des citoyens<\/strong>\u00a0(H\u00f4tel de Ville \u2013 bureau 4)<\/p>\n<p>2) Envoyez le formulaire rempli et sign\u00e9 au Fonds National de Solidarit\u00e9. Die Antragsteller welche einen vorgedruckten Antragsformular f\u00fcr die Teuerungszulage vom Nationalen Solidarit\u00e4tsfonds zugestellt bekamen sind gebeten diesen zu vervollst\u00e4ndigen, unterschreiben und an den Nationalen Solidarit\u00e4tsfonds zur\u00fcck zu schicken.<\/p>\n<p>Alle anderen Personen welche nicht im Besitz dieses oben erw\u00e4hnten Antrages sind und auch in den Genuss dieser Zulagen kommen m\u00f6chten sollen folgendes tun:<\/p>\n<p>1) Das Formular \u201eAntrag auf Erhalt einer Teuerungszulage\u201c ist im\u00a0<strong>B\u00fcrgeramt<\/strong>\u00a0(Rathaus \u2013 B\u00fcro 4) erh\u00e4ltlich.<\/p>\n<p>2) \u00dcbermitteln Sie das ausgef\u00fcllte Formular\u00a0an den Solidarit\u00e4tsfonds. Sollte der Solidarit\u00e4tsfonds Ihren Antrag genehmigen, gew\u00e4hrt die Stadt D\u00fcdelingen Ihnen:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Eine Sonderzulage (50% der seitens des Solidarit\u00e4tsfonds erteilten Zulage)<\/li>\n<li>Eine Sonderzulage f\u00fcr Energiekosten (25% der seitens des Solidarit\u00e4tsfonds erteilten Zulage)<\/li>\n<li>Eine Beihilfe f\u00fcr jeden Sch\u00fcler, welcher eine Sekundarschule besucht<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>3) F\u00fcr die Sonderzulage und die Beihilfe kommen Sie bitte mit den nachstehenden Unterlagen ins\u00a0<strong>Sozialhaus<\/strong>\u00a0D\u00fcdelingen (27 rue du Commerce):<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Der offizielle Bescheid des Solidarit\u00e4tsfonds<\/li>\n<li>Gegebenfalls eine k\u00fcrzlich ausgestellte Schulbescheinigung des betreffenden Sch\u00fclers.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Neu:<\/strong>\u00a0Wie auf dem unten stehenden\u00a0<strong>Formular zum Herunterladen<\/strong> angegeben, kann der ausgef\u00fcllte Antrag, versehen mit allen erforderlichen Unterlagen, jederzeit im Briefkasten des Sozialamtes in einem Umschlag hinterlegt werden:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"lazyload \" src=\"data:image\/svg+xml,%3Csvg%20xmlns%3D%27http%3A%2F%2Fwww.w3.org%2F2000%2Fsvg%27%20width%3D%2722%27%20height%3D%2722%27%20viewBox%3D%270%200%2022%2022%27%3E%3Crect%20width%3D%2722%27%20height%3D%2722%27%20fill-opacity%3D%220%22%2F%3E%3C%2Fsvg%3E\" data-orig-src=\"https:\/\/cdn-icons-png.flaticon.com\/512\/329\/329985.png\" alt=\"Germany free icon\" width=\"22\" height=\"22\" \/> <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><span style=\"color: #ef4030;\"><a style=\"color: #ef4030;
