HBD Youth Cup

The HBD Youth Cup is an international youth handball tournament held annually in Dudelange, Luxembourg. Organized by Handball Dudelange (HBD), the event attracts U17 girls’ and boys’ teams from across Europe, fostering high-level competition and cultural exchange among young athletes.

Traditionally hosted over the Easter weekend at the Centre Sportif René Hartmann, the tournament has become a highlight in the European youth handball calendar.

In 2025, the tournament will feature a boys’ competition for players aged under 16, with 16 teams from 13 different countries, further enhancing its international appeal. More than 150 dedicated volunteers will be actively involved, ensuring a seamless tournament experience by managing logistics, supporting teams, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for players and fans alike.
