Fête des Voisins à Dudelange 22 mai 2026
Pour vous aider à organiser au mieux votre événement, voici quelques informations utiles. Vous allez voir : c’est simple et convivial !
Les démarches auprès de la commune
Plusieurs démarches sont possibles :
- la réservation de matériel (max. 5 tables et 10 bancs par organisateur·rice)
- la demande d’occupation du domaine public (p.ex. pour fermer une rue à la circulation)
- la commande de poubelles si nécessaire
- la commande de gobelets réutilisables.

Organisez-vous à plusieurs
N’hésitez pas à solliciter vos voisin·es pour vous aider à organiser la fête. Parlez-en autour de vous : pas besoin de tout faire seul·e !
Le principe
Chacun·e apporte quelque chose à manger et à boire, ainqi que sa propre vaisselle.
Invitez vos voisin·es
À partir du 4 mai 2026, des cartes d’invitation sont disponibles à l’accueil de l’Hôtel de Ville.
Pour inviter vos voisin·es :
- déposez les invitations dans les boîtes aux lettres ou passez directement chez eux·elles
- optionnel : créez un groupe WhatsApp ou un événement Facebook
Pensez à indiquer : La date et l’heure ainsi que le lieu précis. À prévoir éventuellement : la décoration (par exemple : nappes, guirlandes, …) et la musique (enceinte portable).
Une Fête des voisins réussie est avant tout simple et conviviale. Nul besoin d’être parfait·e : l’important, c’est de partager !

Procedures with the municipality
Several procedures are available:
- booking equipment (max. 5 tables and 10 benches per organiser)
- applying for permission to use public space (e.g. to close a street to traffic)
- ordering waste bins (if necessary)
- ordering reusable cups.
The forms – also available at the Town Hall’s reception desk – have to be returned by 8 May 2026 at the latest :

Get together
Don’t hesitate to ask your neighbours to help organise the party. Spread the word: there’s no need to do it all on your own!
The idea
Everyone brings something to eat and drink, as well as their own plates and cutlery.
Invite your neighbours
From 4 May 2026, invitation cards will be available at the reception desk of the Town Hall.
To invite your neighbours:
- post the invitations through their letterboxes or drop by their homes in person
- optional: set up a WhatsApp group or create a Facebook event
Remember to include: the date and time and the exact location. Things to consider: decorations (e.g. tablecloths, garlands,…), music (portable speaker).
A successful Neighbours’ Day is, above all, simple and friendly. There’s no need to be perfect: the important thing is to share!
